The Item must be shipped back to us before you can receive your full refund.
We require all screws be accompanied with the item before full refund can be issued to you. Please make sure the items are shipped with all pieces intcact. You can contact us via email with any questions or concerns regarding the item.Take your new arch out of its boxing and wrappyin and oragnize on the floor as it will be assembled.
Please note there may be slight deformation during transportation, please correct it. Deformation does not affect the use of this item.
Insert the interfaces of your arch and twist in your screws until you are no longer abe to twist.
The arch should be sturdy. and ready to use. Apply floral arrangements, balloons or any other decoration to your arch.
The arch can only withstand up to 25 lbs evenly distributed.
