Unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride are in new condition and must be returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund. Buyer must provide a tracking number with proof of shipment within 7 days of purchase. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange.
In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return at the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package.
